We collect the contact details, service location and request/application details you choose to provide, plus your consent record. We use them to assess, respond to and coordinate your request. Requests are not published automatically or sold for advertising.
Storage and access
Request records are stored on our server in Japan with restricted owner access. Necessary details may be shared with a proposed provider after we explain the arrangement and obtain the required permission. Do not enter sensitive records or access codes into these forms.
Retention and your choices
Unconverted requests are removed from the active inbox after 90 days. Rolling database backups are kept for seven days, so expired records may remain in those snapshots for up to seven further days. Confirmed service records may be retained where necessary for the service, disputes or legal duties. Email us to request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Site preferences and contact links
The website remembers your language choice on your device. It uses no advertising analytics or tracking cookies. WhatsApp and email links open external services under their respective policies. Technical request limits help prevent abuse; the application stores a salted client-address hash for short-term rate limiting rather than a raw IP address in the request record. Infrastructure security logs may contain network addresses and are rotated for up to 14 days.
